HQ Update

School

Classes at the SOTC Training Institute begin a week from this Friday and we are all very excited.  F.D. of Harrison donated $500 on Monday. And James B. donated $25 after receiving yesterday’s e-news.  We still need to get the bunk beds built and put in, linens, etc. and there is still interior work to do. As we rush to finish up, every dollar counts so please consider a donation up and above your monthly pledge.

We have a half page ad going in the Nationalist Times and hope it helps to generate some more buzz about the school.  Paul Fromm will be an instructor at the school, gave a great endorsement at the recent Stormfront Conference (last weekend) in eastern Tennessee.

ABC News

We are in talks with 20/20 about a possible project this fall or early winter and we will keep you posted.   We have declined so far, but will be speaking to senior producers next month so we will just see what happens.

Bergman PO Address Change

As many of you know we have a PO Box at the little post office near our office that we use frequently when we don’t want to drive the 17 miles into Harrison.  The boxes used include American Heritage Committee – PO Box 99 and Thomas Robb Ministries/Christian Revival Center at PO Box 354 (both in Bergman) We have put in for all mail to be forwarded to a new box in Harrison.  The Bergman post office we just learned is being closed.  For church related mail the new address is PO Box 602, Harrison, AR 72601 and for anything else you can still use the PO Box 2222, Harrison, AR 72601 address.

Congress

Its not too late to make plans to attend the 2013 Knights Party Leadership Congress.  If you have never attended before, we want to assure you that you will not be disappointed.   Our conference is held on about 15 acres with a park like feel and surrounded by beautiful wooded Ozark forests.  There is room to camp and motels are available a short 25 minute drive away.  Meals are all available on site.  There are crafts and classes for the kids, an ice cream Sunday bar, folk dancing, a fire works show, great speakers, and plenty of downtime to just visit, listen to music, or watch the kids play in the play ground.  You will find that our conferences are reminiscent of the old time church camps popular in the 40’s and 50’s.   Members of all ages and backgrounds attend and you are sure to make some lifetime friends.  The kids always have a blast! Dates are  Friday  August 30, 31 and Sept. 1st.
