You can and should begin tracking your activity as soon as you sign up. However, to finally qualify for service awards you must hold the rank of knight. We want to focus on education and activity and view it as a partnership of two necessary ingredients to insure high our ranks are filled with high achievers. so keep up with your activity and your Page and squire studies and by the time you earn your knighthood rank you may be close to receiving Service awards.

Also, don’t be overly humble about working toward Service awards. We know you aren’t doing it for the “award” but are motivated by your love of race, faith, and nation. but the knights party, as an organization wants to recognize the effort of those who go the extra mile. even the Bible tells us to work for “the prize” and encourages his witnesses to be successful – even when done in small steps – they are steps upon his path and will lead us to victory.

Below are the various service awards offered for Knights and the qualifications:

Note: When sending in your qualifying records and any other requested material pertaining to a service award, please be sure to send it certified, registered, or in some other manner that will very our receipt of it. We can’t be responsible for items lost in the mail.

Also, remember we want you to send in your service record every month, keep copies for yourself and make copies of these when it is time to send them in together for the service award.

Earn a Certificate of Public Writing Excellence and recognition at the National Klan Congress

Qualifications: 3 letters published in the “letters to the Editor” or “Your View” type section of a newspaper or magazine in your areas. Use guidelines listed under activity #3. At least one letter must refer to The Knights Party. All letters should be in reference to topics of concern to The Knights (see our platform for a refresher)

Procedure: Send a copy of each “Monthly Activity Record” that indicates your letter has been published along with a copy of the published letter (clipping from paper) and a copy of the original letter you sent to the paper or magazine. Note: If all three letters were published in the month of April you would need to send a copy of only the April activity record. If you had letters published in April, August, and November you would need to send a copy of all three monthly activity records.

Earn a Community Cable Pioneer award and recognition at the National Klan Congress

Qualifications: The first program is the hardest. This award goes to the person or unit who can get the first Knights cable access program aired in their community.

Earn a Certificate of Media Access Achievement and recognition at the National Klan Congress

Qualifications: Sponsor 12 cable access television programs in your area by acting as the local contact and signer on the local cable access agreement (see activity #6)

OR:

Financially sponsor 20 cable access television programs in your area or another – cost may range from $5.00 per show to $20.00 per show. Although in most areas it is free.

Procedure: Send to HQ a copy of each monthly activity record indicating when you have sponsored a Knights Party program on air along with a copy of the agreement between you and the local cable access provider indicating times and dates for the programs. It may be a different Klan video shown each time or it may be the same video shown many times. “This is the Klan” Weekly Internet programs can also be used for cable access – contact HQ for info.

Procedure for Financial Sponsor: Send to HQ a copy of each monthly activity record indicating when you have financed the airing of a knights party program (20 required) Headquarters will attempt to match financial sponsors with those actually signing the local agreement and will have on file verification of your financial support. activity records still need to be sent.

Earn a Certificate of Talk Radio Access Achievement and recognition at the National Klan Congress

Qualifications: Be a “call – in” on a local talk radio program 3 times and get the web address of The Knights Party out (kkk.com) (See activity 11)

Procedure: Send to headquarters a copy of your monthly activity record indicating date, time, and program that you were a “call-in” on and include a cassette type or similar recording of the “call in” episode. This will need planning and can include programs on channels like CSPAN 1 and 2. You will want to know the station’s programming schedule and know the best time to call. Also, look for programs with topics that would be of concern to The Knights. Although, we would agree that most if not all topics would have some sort of concern to The Knights and a Christian opinion on the subject whatever it is could be determined.

NOTE: Appearing on a television talk show is against policy unless the individual has received considerable training at HQ in a wide variety of subjects including public/media relations, debate, Party building, our official position on certain topics of a political, social, religious, economic, or educational concern.

Earn a Knighthood Certificate of merit and recognition at the National Klan Congress

Qualifications: 18 months of completed activities which include any of the list of suggested activities such as sending clippings, passing out literature, donations, letters to the editor, posting positive messages on internet bulletin boards, etc.

Procedure: Send to HQ copies of your last 18 monthly activity records fully completed. A minimum of 100 KKK cards should be distributed each month. This is only about 3 or 4 cards a day and there are so many “legal” places they can be left

(Remember not to place KKK cards in food containers, stick (our cards have a peel off sticker on the back) to library books or use to destroy or deface another person’s property. Its not cool and can land you in jail or give undue criticism to The Knights. Vandalism of even a small sort is never a white Christian thing to do) We know most of you out there are smarter than this though.

Earn the Eagle Award Pin and recognition at the National Klan Congress

Qualifications: Attendance at 5 national events ( 5 points) (National Klan Congress and or White Christian Heritage Festival are 1 point each. The Annual Christmas dinner and Patriot’s Day Picnic each count as 1/2 point. This coincides with the overall importance of your attendance at the event. Congress and the festival are extra important and we really need you to put every effort into attending.

Procedure: Send to HQ your attendance verification record signed by a national officer at the attended event. Request a form at your first attended event and then keep that form in a safe place and have signed at each event attended thereafter.

Earn the Trumpet Award Pin and recognition at the National Klan Congress.

Qualifications: Purchase and distribution of 5000 Klan fliers or 9000 KKK contact cards or 2500 fliers and 5000 contact cards

Procedure: Purchase and distribute 5000 Klan fliers or 9000 cards or the combination and distribute (You don’t need to purchase or distribute all at once – but try to stay consistent) When you order through the mail we will enclose a signed “proof” letter stating the amount of literature or cards you are being sent. If ordering on line just keep your “receipt” page. When you have reached the total. Send in your activity report citing your distributions and copies of your “receipts”. If you want to make your own copies – talk to HQ.

The Mother’s Award

Qualification: Many Klanwomen in The Knights will actively work toward the service awards and are commended for their desire to promote a new ideal. Some are mothers, some are not – there are single women and married women. But we also want to award those women who aren’t distributing literature (although anyone can privately distribute cards), who may not have the time to plan comments for radio call in shows or write letters to the editor. They are energetically grooming future leaders for America.
We will award three Mother’s Awards each year. It will be based upon a “nomination” process. If you know a Klanswomen or the wife of a Klansman who deserves a Mother’s Award then please write or e-mail and tell us all about her. How is she faithfully providing a Christian leadership example to her children and those around her. Does she promote love of race and heritage. Does she embody Christian and Knightly attributes such as perseverance, courage, and loyalty? Recipients will receive a beautiful plaque and their story will be told in The Crusader and the website (Only First names will be used on the website and in the Crusader.

Procedure: Send your nomination complete with your reasons, a letter about the mother, and a photo. The photo will not be reprinted unless the mother gives express permission when she is notified she has won the award.
